Puffed Millet And Chocolate Bars | 3 ingredients
These puffed millet and chocolate bars are the perfect vegan and gluten-free chocolate snack for a quick nibble. They are super easy and quick to make and you can even make them with the kids. Here are all the ingredients you'll need
- 70 g puffed millet
- 175 g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation (step-by-step)
1. Put 150g of chopped dark chocolate in a bowl with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
2. Place the bowl in a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted. Stir occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, weigh 70g of puffed millet and place it in a large bowl.
4. Once the chocolate has melted, place it in the bowl with the puffed millet and stir well until the chocolate is well distributed.
5. Put the cooling foil in the bottom of your refrigerator container and pour in the puffed millet with chocolate.
6. Flatten and compact everything with the help of a marisa (spatula).
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm.
8. You can now cut your puffed millet bars with a knife or break them up roughly.
Storage tips
You can store your bars in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-6 days.
