Chocolate puffed millet bars

Equipment

  • 1 fridge container
  • 1 chellophane tapes
  • 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 70 g Puffed millet bars
  • 175 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Put 150g of chopped dark chocolate in a bowl with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  • Place the bowl in a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted. Stir from time to time.
  • Meanwhile, weigh 70g of puffed millet and place it in a large bowl.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, place it in the bowl with the puffed millet and stir well until the chocolate is well distributed.
  • Put the cooling foil in the bottom of your refrigerator container and pour in the puffed millet with chocolate.
  • Flatten and compact everything with the help of a marisa (spatula).
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm.
  • You can now cut your puffed millet bars with a knife or break them up roughly.

Notes

Coconut oil: 
it is important to put the coconut oil in the chocolate to make it melt properly.
