Chocolate puffed millet bars

Ingredients

Puffed millet bars

dark chocolate

coconut oil
Instructions
Put 150g of chopped dark chocolate in a bowl with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Place the bowl in a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted. Stir from time to time.
Meanwhile, weigh 70g of puffed millet and place it in a large bowl.
Once the chocolate has melted, place it in the bowl with the puffed millet and stir well until the chocolate is well distributed.
Put the cooling foil in the bottom of your refrigerator container and pour in the puffed millet with chocolate.
Flatten and compact everything with the help of a marisa (spatula).
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm.
You can now cut your puffed millet bars with a knife or break them up roughly.
Notes
Coconut oil:
it is important to put the coconut oil in the chocolate to make it melt properly.
