Why you'll love these vegan sausage rolls

Today I show you a must-try recipe for puff pastry bites that will win over any palate. Besides being a very simple recipe, it will surely be loved even by people who do not follow a purely vegan diet. Here are 5 good reasons to try these bites as soon as possible:

  1. Very simple: these savory dumplings stuffed with vegan mince are very easy to prepare as they require a few simple ingredients and a few quick steps.
  2. Room for your creativity: let your imagination run wild and shape your puff pastry bites as you see fit. For example, you can use muffin shapes and make them in the form of puff pastry baskets.
  3. Use pre-made puff pastry: the puff pastry found on the market today, in addition to being vegan in most cases, is also identical in taste to the original puff pastry. These vegetarian dumplings are made with rectangular puff pastry.
  4. Prepare them first: you can prepare them in advance and submit them only halfway through the cooking time. Finish cooking once you are ready to enjoy your bites. Or you can prepare the filling in advance and bake them as needed.
