Vegan sausage rolls

Ingredients

  • vegan puff pastry
  • 200 g 7.05 oz vegan minced
  • as needed spices and herbs to taste (parsley, onion, pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, etc.)
  • as needed sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp seeds oil to brush
  • 1 Tbsp plant milk to brush

Instructions

  • Season your vegan mince with your favorite spices.

  • Shape the patties to be closer to the shape of a parallelepiped than a sphere.
  • Cook over low heat for a few minutes (cooking will be completed in the oven).
  • Let cool for a few minutes.
  • Cut strips of puff pastry large enough and long enough to wrap around your patties.

  • Wrap your patties with puff pastry and place them on a baking sheet
  • Mix milk with oil and brush on the morsels. Decorate with a few sesame seeds.

  • Bake for 20-25min in a ventilated oven at 180°C (350°F)
