A few simple steps for crispy tortilla chips

These tortilla chips are as easy to make as they are to eat. You can of course let your imagination run wild by using lots of different spices and ingredients. I assure you, however, that all it takes to make great chips are a few simple ingredients that we often already have at home.

1. Cut your tortillas into 8 triangles of the same shape with kitchen scissors. Then cut each triangle into 4 triangles as you see in the picture below.

2. Put your tortilla triangles in a bowl with all the spices and seed oil. Mix everything well to sprinkle the spices and oil over all the tortilla chips.

Tip:

To make your chips, you have to bake the tortillas in seed oil. This will make them crispy and fragrant. The texture of your chips will then be perfect for dipping them in sauces or soft vegan cheeses.
