- 300 g firm smoked tofu
- 1 courgette
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 pinch paprika powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation (step-by-step)
0. Remove the water from the tofu packet and cut it into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
1. Brown the tofu over medium-high heat in a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil.
2. Add salt and pepper to the tofu. Turn it occasionally to make sure all sides of the tofu are nicely browned.
3. in the meantime, wash and cut the vegetables as you like. Even roughly chopping them will give you a good result.
