Equipment
1 non-stick frying pan
Ingredients
300
g
smoked tofu
1
zucchini
1
handful
cherry tomatoes
1
red onion
1
pinch
paprika powder
1
clove
garlic
1
Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Remove the water from the tofu packet and cut it into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
Brown the tofu over medium-high heat in a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to the tofu. Turn it occasionally to make sure all sides of the tofu are nicely browned.
in the meantime, wash and cut the vegetables as you like. Even coarsely chopping them will produce a good result.
Once the tofu is nicely browned, set it aside in a bowl.
Now put another drizzle of oil in the same frying pan and pour in the chopped courgette, cherry tomatoes and onion.
Sauté the vegetables with paprika powder for a few minutes until they are slightly wilted.
Then add the tofu to the pan and stir briefly.
Your smoked tofu is ready to be enjoyed with plain rice and soy sauce.
