- 450g of Brussels sprouts
Ingredients for the marinade
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation (step-by-step)
1. Turn on the oven
Turn on the oven at 200°C (400°F) static function top and bottom.
2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts
Wash the Brussels sprouts under running water and cut off the woody parts at the base of each sprout.
3. Prepare the sauce
Mix all the ingredients for the 'marinade sauce' (oil, vinegar, tomato paste, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper) in a bowl using a kitchen whisk or spoon.
4. Season the sprouts
Add the washed Brussels sprouts to the bowl with the sauce and mix well, making sure they are well coated with the sauce.
5. Bake
Mix all the ingredients for the 'marinade sauce' (oil, vinegar, tomato paste, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper) in a bowl using a kitchen whisk or spoon.
