Equipment

  • 1 baking tray

Ingredients

  • 450 g Brussels sprouts

Marinade for cooking

  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • as needed salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven at 200°C (400°F) static function top and bottom.
  • Wash the Brussels sprouts under running water.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the 'cooking sauce' with the help of a kitchen whisk.
  • Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking tray or baking dish.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes and serve still hot. Enjoy!
