Ingredients

  • 1 Revo The FILET
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 red onion

Marinade

  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • as needed pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together some olive oil, a drizzle of agave syrup, a sprinkle of paprika powder, garlic powder, and of course, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
  • While it's heating up, create a fragrant bed for your salmon by slicing some red onions and spreading them out on a baking tray.
  • Place your beautiful The Fillet on your onions and drizzle the marinade with a cooking pencil.
  • Serve with rice and a cucumber and avocado salad
