Instructions
Turn on the ventilated oven at 200°C ventilated operation.
Remove the water from the tofu packet and press it for a few seconds with a clean kitchen cloth.
Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes.
Put the tofu in a bowl with the spices and mix well.
Wash the vegetables and chop them roughly.
Put the tofu and vegetables in a baking tray with baking paper.
Add salt, pepper and olive oil to the pan and mix well.
Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C ventilated.
(optional) Serve with pomegranate and fresh coriander leaves
