Ingredients

For the marinade

For the sauce

Instructions
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the 'marinade' ingredients in a large container.
Press the tofu with a clean kitchen towel and cut it into 1 cm cubes.
Put the tofu inside the marinade and mix well.
Turn on the oven at 220°C ventilated function and leave the tofu to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the peanut butter sauce by putting all the 'sauce' ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Compose your skewers and place them on a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake for 30 minutes at 220°C. Turn each skewer after the first 15 minutes for even cooking.
Enjoy your skewers with peanut butter sauce.
