Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 non-stick frying pan

Ingredients

  • 100 g smoked tofu
  • 200 g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 Tbsp chickpea flour
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 1 medium-sized onion roughly chopped
  • as needed salt & pepper
  • as needed Olive oil

Instructions

  • After grating zucchini and carrots, squeeze them between two hands to remove the water.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and compact
  • If your dough is too runny, add a little chickpea flour.
  • Form your balls with your hands.
  • Cook the meatballs in a nonstick skillet with a little oil. Turn the meatballs every 5 minutes or so.
  • Cook the balls until they are nicely browned on both sides.
