Ingredients

smoked tofu

cooked chickpeas

Tbsp
chickpea flour
2
grated carrots
1
grated zucchini
1
medium-sized onion roughly chopped
as needed
salt & pepper
as needed
Olive oil
Instructions
After grating zucchini and carrots, squeeze them between two hands to remove the water.
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and compact
If your dough is too runny, add a little chickpea flour.
Form your balls with your hands.
Cook the meatballs in a nonstick skillet with a little oil. Turn the meatballs every 5 minutes or so.
Cook the balls until they are nicely browned on both sides.
