rectangular vegan shortcrust pastry
I used the store-bought one

Instructions
Turn the oven on to 200°C (400°F).
Take your shortbread and cut it into 12 squares of the same size.
Place each shortbread square inside a muffin mold, leaving the 4 corners on the sides popping out.
Let your shortbread forms bake for about 20 min or until they are nice and golden brown.
Let the shortbread forms cool and then garnish them with vegan custard.
Then add strawberry jam on top. Cut the strawberries into quarters and then place two quarters on top of each pastry.
