Ingredients

Instructions
Mash the bananas with the help of a fork until free of lumps
Add the baking powder and baking soda. Then all the other ingredients and mix with a whisk.
Heat a nonstick skillet and add a drizzle of sunflower oil to it.
Add the dough once the pan is hot forming balls in it
Once bubbles have formed on the surface of the Pancakes turn them over with the help of a spatula.
Serve with the topping of your choice! I used peanut butter and dark chocolate chip.
