Chia seeds
Instructions
Wash the apricots and remove the stone. Coarsely chop them.
Put the apricots in a pot with a trickle of water and bring to a boil.
When the apricots are soft, turn off the heat. Use an upright potato masher or fork to mash even the remaining intact apricot pieces.
Add the chia seeds and mix them into the apricots with a spoon.
Let the jam cool and the chia seeds swell for at least 2 hours.
Your jam is ready. Now you can put it in a jar and consume it within 3-4 days.
