Ingredients

  • 650 g 14.7 oz apricots without the kernel
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Wash the apricots and remove the stone. Coarsely chop them.
  • Put the apricots in a pot with a trickle of water and bring to a boil.
  • When the apricots are soft, turn off the heat. Use an upright potato masher or fork to mash even the remaining intact apricot pieces.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix them into the apricots with a spoon.
  • Let the jam cool and the chia seeds swell for at least 2 hours.
  • Your jam is ready. Now you can put it in a jar and consume it within 3-4 days.
