0.46 fl oz peanut oil
100g or 3.38 fl oz peanut oil (or any seeds oil)

13.07 fl oz soy milk
unsweetened

mustard

squeezed lemon
(or white/apple vinegar)

Instructions
Put the oil in a cylindrical container (e.g., a 1L measuring cup). It is important that this is the first step.
Add the milk.
Add all other ingredients (order is not important)
Dip the immersion blender into the container. Turn it on only once it is at the bottom of the container.
Make slow upward and then downward movements while keeping the blender submerged.
Continue until you get the consistency you want. This should take no longer than 20 seconds.
Your mayonnaise is ready to be enjoyed!
