Instructions
Turn on a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
Add the tofu and zucchini and sauté until the zucchini and onions are wilted.
Add the spices and salt and mix with a ladle.
Add spinach and continue cooking until spinach is cooked.
Let the filling for your rolls cool. It will not have to be cold but at least room temperature.
Turn on the oven to 400°F on fan.
Form your rolls following the steps described in the post. Remember to use seed oil to seal the rolls well and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Let your rolls bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are nicely browned on the outside.
