Ingredients

  • 400 g cannellini beans in a tin
  • 1 Tbsp tahini sauce
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 2 cloves lemon (the juice)
  • as needed salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Put the cannellini beans in a colander and rinse them under running water.
  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Remove your cannellini hummus from the blender and serve it on a plate or keep it in a container/jar in the fridge.
