Equipment

Ingredients

  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup flax seeds
  • 0.5 cup coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 150 ml Maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and coconut flakes.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the mixture and mix well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add maple syrup by sprinkling, stirring well to make sure everything is well coated.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.
  • Put the granola in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
  • Let the granola cool completely on the baking tray. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container.
