- 300 g oat flakes
- 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
- 0.5 cup flax seeds
- 0.5 cup coconut flakes
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
- 150 ml Maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
In a large bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and coconut flakes.
Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the mixture and mix well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add maple syrup by sprinkling, stirring well to make sure everything is well coated.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.
Put the granola in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
Let the granola cool completely on the baking tray. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container.
