Ingredients

  • 300 g green beans (10.58 oz)
  • 3-4 slices vegetable charcuterie
  • 1 knob vegan butter
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • as needed salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the green beans and then remove the part at both ends using a knife.
  • Put green beans in a pot with plenty of water and bring to a boil. Boil the green beans for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are cooked through. Drain and let cool for a few moments.
  • Cut strips 2-3cm thick from slices of vegetable slices.
  • take 4-5 green beans, lay them horizontally on a vertically oriented strip of sliced vegetable.
  • Roll up tightly making sure the green beans are well wrapped.
  • Heat a nonstick frying pan and melt some vegetable butter.
  • Squeeze in the garlic, sauté it a few moments, and then add your green bean rolls.
  • Brown for a few minutes on all sides.
  • Your vegan green bean and bacon rolls are ready to be enjoyed
