300gsunflower seeds
100mlwater
1tspmustard
1garlic clove
2Tbspunsweetened vegetable milk
2TbspOlive oil
1tspapple cider vinegar
1/4lemon juice
as neededsalt & pepper
1TbspNutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
Soak sunflower seeds in warm/luke-warm water for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Remove the water and rinse the sunflower seeds.
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until you get the desired consistency.
Garnish your sunflower cream with a drizzle of olive oil and colorful foods and spices to give contrast (I used paprika powder, pomegranate and coriander)
