Equipment

  • 1 high-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 150 g peeled almonds let soak overnight or 8 hours
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 300 ml plant milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Soak the almonds overnight or for at least 8 hours. Then remove the water from the almonds after the soaking time has passed.
  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until you get the desired consistency. With a good blender it will take about 15 minutes.
  • Put your vegan almond nutella in a glass jar with a lid and enjoy immediately or refrigerate.
