  • 1 baking paper
  • 1 large bowl

Ingredients

  • Flax seed
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Almonds roughly chopped
  • as needed boiling water

Spices

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp tandoori powder
  • as needed salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Put all your seeds in a large, heatproof bowl. Add the spices, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Add boiling water to your seeds until the seeds are completely covered. Stir well and then leave to stand for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • Turn the oven on to 180°C (400°F).
  • Take a baking tray with baking paper. Put the seed mixture on the baking tray and spread it out with the help of a spoon or spatula. It should be more or less 3 mm thick.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until your flattened dough is dry and golden brown.
  • Once you remove the pan from the oven, let the cracker dough rest for a few minutes and then break it up roughly with your hands to form your crackers.
  • Your mixed seed crackers are ready to be enjoyed.
