Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 glass jar

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 200 ml plant milk
  • 80 g frozen berries
  • 2 tsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • Blend the frozen berries (80g) with the vegetable milk (200ml).
  • Put the milk with the berries and the rest of the ingredients into a glass jar or airtight container.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Close the jar and place it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy your berry chia pudding with homemade granola, oranges and coconut flakes or your favourite fruit.
