- 10 medium-sized carrots
- 3 handfuls vegetable parmesan cheese
- as needed Olive oil
- as needed salt & pepper
Peel the carrots and cut them into equal parts.
grate the vegan Parmesan cheese and place it on the baking tray with baking paper.
Arrange the carrot pieces on the parmesan.
Season with oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 min at 220°C.
