Ingredients

  • 10 medium-sized carrots
  • 3 handfuls vegetable parmesan cheese
  • as needed Olive oil
  • as needed salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the carrots and cut them into equal parts.
  • grate the vegan Parmesan cheese and place it on the baking tray with baking paper.
  • Arrange the carrot pieces on the parmesan.
  • Season with oil, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 30 min at 220°C.
