Ingredients

medium-sized carrots

turmeric powder

garlic powder

sprig
fresh thyme

tuft
parsley

as needed
salt & pepper

Instructions
Turn on the oven at 200°C ventilated function.
Peel the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise 2 times and then in half again depending on the size of the carrots.
Put the carrots in the baking dish with the curry powder, garlic powder, olive oil, and fresh thyme sprig.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix the carrots well by helping with your hands making sure the spices and oil are well distributed.
Cut the garlic head in two parts.
Bake the vegetables in a ventilated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Enjoy your curried carrots while still warm. Enjoy!
