Equipment

  • 1 carrot peeler
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 baking paper

Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1 tuft parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • as needed salt & pepper
  • 1 garlic head (optional)

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven at 200°C ventilated function.
  • Peel the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise 2 times and then in half again depending on the size of the carrots.
  • Put the carrots in the baking dish with the curry powder, garlic powder, olive oil, and fresh thyme sprig.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix the carrots well by helping with your hands making sure the spices and oil are well distributed.
  • Cut the garlic head in two parts.
  • Bake the vegetables in a ventilated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy your curried carrots while still warm. Enjoy!
