Wash the wild garlic under running water and be sure to remove any insects and/or soil. You will be able to use the salad washer for this step.
Cut your bear garlic into coarse strips.
Place all ingredients inside the blender and blend for a few minutes until airy, smooth and slightly green.
At this point enjoy the butter as you like or put it to rest in the refrigerator
How to roll flavored butter for refrigerated storage
Take an approx. 30x20cm piece of baking paper and place the butter on the longest side that is closest to you when you are facing the rectangle of baking paper.
Roll the baking paper around the butter and try to give it a sausage shape. Now take the sides and twirl the two ends in opposite directions to give the sausage a more regular shape.
Then let the butter sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and enjoy it on croutons, in pasta or on bread.
