Ingredients

For the burger

  • 150 g 5.29 oz cooked beans (even from the can is fine)
  • 2-3 handfuls oat flakes
  • 1 leek (small to medium size)
  • 1 handful 1.23 oz walnuts
  • 2 burger buns

Spices

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (I used dried bear garlic).
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

To stuff the burger

  • 2 slices vegan cheese
  • 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 2-4 slices tomato
  • as needed red onion (cut into round slices)
  • 2 bay salad

Instructions

To prepare the burger

  • Wash the beans and roughly chop the leek.
  • Put all the ingredients for the burger and spices in a blender.
  • Mix all the ingredients for a few seconds. I like not to chop too much and let you still recognize the ingredients that make up the burger.
  • Wet your hands lightly and form burger patties slightly smaller in diameter than the bun
  • Cook the bean patties in a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil for about 5 minutes per side.

To stuff the burger

  • Cut the tomatoes and onions into rounds.
  • Wash and dry the salad.
  • When the burgers are ready. Heat a frying pan and place the vegan cheese on it for a few seconds holding a corner with two fingers. then place the slice in the burger.
