Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of seed oil.
Add the dough to the pan, helping yourself with a spoon, trying to form circles with a diameter of 4cm.
To get a more precise shape I used a sauce tube with a pointed nozzle.
Let it cook until you see bubbles/holes forming on the surface of your Blinis.
Turn the blinis with a spatula and let them cook for another minute on the other side.
