Ingredients

  • 70 g white flour
  • 4 g 0.71 oz chickpea flour
  • 13 g 0.46 fl oz peanut oil
  • 60 g 13.07 fl oz soy milk unsweetened
  • 50 g water

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  • Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of seed oil.
  • Add the dough to the pan, helping yourself with a spoon, trying to form circles with a diameter of 4cm.
  • To get a more precise shape I used a sauce tube with a pointed nozzle.
  • Let it cook until you see bubbles/holes forming on the surface of your Blinis.
  • Turn the blinis with a spatula and let them cook for another minute on the other side.
