Asparagus in crust

Equipment

  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 baking paper

Ingredients

  • 10 asparagus
  • 1/2 pizza dough already rolled out (half of the entire package)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp vegan parmesan
  • as needed fresh chives finely chopped
  • as needed salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the asparagus and remove the woody part of the asparagus. You will find that by pressing with both hands on the bottom of the asparagus, they will break apart at the right point automatically.
  • Turn the oven on to 200°C ( 400°F)
  • Mix mustard, agave, parmesan, chives, salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Take the pizza dough and cut it into 10 strips of the same size.
  • Brush the mustard paste all over the pizza dough.
  • Take one asparagus at a time and wrap the pizza dough starting at the bottom and moving toward the tip of the asparagus. Then place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake and let bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until your dough is nice and golden brown.
