For the breadcrumbs

Instructions
Peel and cut the onion into rings about 1cm in diameter. Separate the different layers of the onion to make the different individual rings.
In a deep dish or bowl mix the flour with the water and salt.
Turn the oven on to 375 °F ventilated oven
In a separate dish put the breadcrumbs, panko, garlic powder and paprika.
Dip an onion ring into the batter coating it well, then dip it in breadcrumbs making sure it is well coated.
Place all the rings on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Sprinkle all the rings on the baking sheet with a drizzle of oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your onion rings are golden brown.
