  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 500 g pumpkin with peel
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1.b salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven at 220°C fan function.
  • Wash the pumpkin if necessary, remove the seeds and cut it into ½ centimetre thick slices. Even coarse slices are fine.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds, olive oil and all the spices.
  • Mix everything with your hands to sprinkle the seeds and spices evenly.
  • Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm pumpkin as a side dish. Enjoy!
