For the tahina sauce

Instructions
To prepare the sauce
Put all the ingredients for the tahina sauce in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
To prepare the watermelon salad
Cut the watermelon into cubes.
Cut the vegan feta into cubes.
Put the watermelon and vegan feta in a bowl or plate. Add the mint.
Dress the salad with the tahina dressing. Your salad is ready!
