Equipment

  • 1 glass jar

Ingredients

For the chia pudding

  • 4 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 200 ml plant milk (any vegetable milk will do)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp agave syrup

To decorate (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • as needed chocolate flakes
  • 1/2 banana
  • as needed pomegranate
  • as needed blueberries

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients for chia pudding inside a glass jar or airtight container.
  • Mix all ingredients well, making sure there are no excessive cocoa lumps.
  • Close the jar and place it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy your cocoa chia pudding with banana, chocolate chips, pomegranate, blueberries or your favourite fruit.
