Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 baking paper

Ingredients

  • 1 bun vegan butter
  • 1 tuft fresh chives
  • 1 tuft fresh dill
  • 1 tuft fresh parsley
  • 1 zest of 1 organic lime or an organic lemon
  • 1 tsp coarse salt or 'normal' salt

Instructions

  • Take the butter out of the refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes before preparing it so it can soften.
  • Meanwhile, wash your fresh herbs under running water and coarsely chop them.
  • Grate the lime peel and set aside.
  • Put all the ingredients inside your blender/mixer and mix until the herbs are well blended.
  • Then place the butter on baking paper and help yourself with two spatula ladles to reshape the butter into a loaf shape.
  • Wrap your butter loaf with baking paper as if it were a gift package.
  • Place the vegan herb butter back in the refrigerator and let it solidify for at least 1 hour.
  • Enjoy your butter on bread, vegetables, or however you like!
