zest of 1 organic lime
or an organic lemon

coarse salt
or 'normal' salt
Instructions
Take the butter out of the refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes before preparing it so it can soften.
Meanwhile, wash your fresh herbs under running water and coarsely chop them.
Grate the lime peel and set aside.
Put all the ingredients inside your blender/mixer and mix until the herbs are well blended.
Then place the butter on baking paper and help yourself with two spatula ladles to reshape the butter into a loaf shape.
Wrap your butter loaf with baking paper as if it were a gift package.
Place the vegan herb butter back in the refrigerator and let it solidify for at least 1 hour.
Enjoy your butter on bread, vegetables, or however you like!
