These light rice noodles are accompanied by a tasty peanut butter sauce. Set them aside.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-935-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Wash the asparagus and remove the woody end. Cut them into 4 parts of the same length.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-935-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Put them in a bowl and cover them with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. I always leave them slightly crispy.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-935-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Wash the zucchini and make \"zoodles\" if you have the utensil to make them, otherwise slice it lengthwise and then cut each slice into fine strips.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-935-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Toast the peanuts in a frying pan. All you need to do is put them in a pan, turn on the heat and turn them regularly. Stay on top of them because they don't need more than 5-6 minutes and can burn easily. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">For the sauce<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-935-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Take an empty jar and put all the ingredients for the sauce inside.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-935-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Close with the lid and shake the jar until all the sauce has blended.
