May for me is a month full of colours and strawberries are definitely part of it. After seeing Benedetta Rossi and Giallozafferano's strawberry recipes, I couldn't help but recreate my own completely sugar-free version. You only need a few minutes for cooking and a little patience for the cooling time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Sugar-free: <\/strong>this strawberry jam is sugar-free as the sweetness of the strawberries is sufficient. You will therefore obtain a light strawberry jam! <br>However, if you want to obtain a sweeter jam, you can add a few teaspoons of sugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>No gelatine:<\/strong> this recipe does not use animal or vegetable gelatine to thicken the jam. If the answer is no, today I will tell you about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.ch\/search?sca_esv=590541752&amp;q=semi+di+chia&amp;tbm=isch&amp;source=lnms&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwiXy4vlvIyDAxXAyQIHHb9ICmQQ0pQJegQICxAB&amp;biw=1135&amp;bih=842&amp;dpr=1.8\">Chia seeds<\/a>which, as you might guess, fall right into the category of superfoods. There are many vegan recipes with chia seeds and this is one of them.<br>Chia seeds come from the <em>Salvia hispanica<\/em>, a plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family like sage, basil, oregano, mint. They are therefore classified as a low-calorie fruit. In addition, strawberries can have benefits on our health.
