So make sure you have two good handfuls (see the amount also in the photo below) and that it is still fresh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>250g vegetable butter:<\/strong> you can use any kind of butter to make this recipe. If you want your butter to be vegan and suitable for people who are lactose intolerant make sure you use a vegetable butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\/2 teaspoon coarse salt (or 1 teaspoon fine salt)<\/strong> : you can choose based on what you have in the house and your personal preference whether to use coarse salt or fine salt. I find that doing a mix between the two gives a better result.
