Many people like it precisely for this reason, while for others the bitter taste is too strong. Today I am going to teach you two methods to remove the bitter taste from radicchio. The first method will serve you for recipes in which you use raw radicchio, while the second in hot preparations. This means that <strong>for this vegan radicchio risotto you will need to use the second method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Soak the radicchio with vinegar and lemon<\/strong><br>After carefully washing the radicchio, cut it into fine strips.
