With this recipe you can make a <strong>vegan mayonnaise with aquafaba instead of soy milk<\/strong> which you can prepare in a few minutes and with a few simple ingredients. Alternatively, I also like to prepare a <a href=\"https:\/\/luvvelovesfood.com\/en\/egg-free-vegan-mayonnaise\/\">egg-free vegan mayonnaise made from soy milk<\/a>. This mayonnaise is also the perfect base for the sauce of my <a href=\"https:\/\/luvvelovesfood.com\/en\/vegan-tuna-aubergines\/\">vegan tuna aubergines<\/a> or my <a class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is aquafaba?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aquafaba is the liquid found inside cans of cooked chickpeas.<\/strong> To use it, simply drain the chickpeas by placing a container under the colander that can hold all the aquafaba.
