The recipe below is perfect for sweet vegan cr\u00eapes, but with a few small changes you can make them savory. I'll leave you with a little guide on the changes you need to make to the recipe for sweet cr\u00eapes to make them savory: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Take the sugar out of the recipe<\/strong> - As you can imagine, to make savoury cr\u00eapes, you should not use sugar. So replace it with salt to taste (2 teaspoons will suffice).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Use a sugar-free plant milk<\/strong> - Choose milk that does not have a high sugar content. Check the nutritional values label and make sure there is more than 5g of sugar. As a result, while waiting for the crepes that have yet to be made, the ready ones will get cold. But fear not, there is a simple solution to solve this \"problem.\" Place a kitchen cloth on a plate large enough to hold a cr\u00eape. Whenever a cr\u00eape is ready place it on the plate with the cloth. Then turn the oven on 50\u00b0C or slightly less (do not exceed 50\u00b0C!!!) and place the plate inside, covering the cr\u00eapes with the corners of the cloth.
