For this recipe you will need the outer leaves of the white part of the leek. These rolls are perfect as a side dish just like my <a href=\"https:\/\/luvvelovesfood.com\/en\/green-beans-wrapped-in-vegan-bacon\/\">green beans wrapped in bacon (vegan)<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/luvvelovesfood.com\/en\/baked-beetroot\/\">baked beetroot<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why you will love this recipe with leek leaves<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">A few simple ingredients: preparing these stuffed leek rolls is easy and also requires simple, easily available ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Simple baking: you don't have to worry about cooking the rice, which can sometimes be difficult, unless you follow my <a href=\"https:\/\/luvvelovesfood.com\/en\/basmati-rice\/\">guide to perfect basmati rice without draining it<\/a>. beans, or whatever legume you like)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">1\/2 block of cubed smoked tofu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">1\/2 diced red onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">1 Tsp tomato paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Ingredients for the broth for class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leek rolls preparation (step-by-step)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Cut off the dark, hard part of the leek. Make a light cut lengthwise into the white part and separate each leaf. Meanwhile, prepare the rice by mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl. Compose the rolls by placing a spoonful of the rice filling on the leek leaf and roll it up, moving the outer sides of the leaf inwards. Prepare the broth in a container by mixing water, miso, soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil. Pour the broth into the baking tin, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200\u00b0C ventilated.
