Today's star is just that, baked seeded squash. Soft, savory and flavorful, it is among my most favorite cucurbitaceae. Cut the pumpkin into cubes or \u00bd inch thick slices as I did.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Place the cut pumpkin on a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds, curry powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Add salt and pepper and mix everything with your hands to sprinkle the seeds and spices evenly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Informa at 220\u00b0C for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Enjoy warm pumpkin as a side dish.
