For this reason, I will never stop encouraging you to follow your instincts and give room for your imagination when you are in the kitchen. The same goes for these quinoa and vegetable meatballs that know no limits in the possible combinations. Chop the onion and parsley finely and grate the zucchini and carrot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">2. Add the chickpea flour, cornstarch and paprika to the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">5. Shape your meatballs and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
