Remove the pulp<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the pumpkin cool, cut it in half and remove the seeds. With a spoon scoop out all the pumpkin pulp and place it in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Season the pumpkin pulp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the vegan cream cheese to the pumpkin pulp and mix well. Add salt and pepper if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Prepare bread for bruschettas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut fresh bread into slices and brush each slice with olive oil. Toast the bread slices in the oven at 120\u00b0C for 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Put the pumpkin cream on bread<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the pumpkin cream in a piping bag and spread it on the toasted bread slices. Don't worry if you don't have a sac-\u00e0-poche, you can use a simple teaspoon or knife to place the pumpkin cream on the bruschetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Garnish<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle chopped parsley and pomegranate seeds on the bruschetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
