Cook the potatoes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the potatoes with their skins on for 15-20 minutes, taking care not to overcook them. They should remain quite firm, so check the consistency frequently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Peel the potatoes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the potatoes cool a little to avoid burning your hands and then peel them. Assemble the potato salad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the sauce, stirring well to flavour.
