Melt the butter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Melt the butter in a high-sided pan over medium low heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Form the roux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Once all the butter has melted, add the flour and mix quickly with a whisk.
