Today I am happy to share with you a recipe of baked corn on the cob topped with a tahina sauce. Hmm, Delicious!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the cob season?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Corn is one of the main foods in several of the world's diets. I remember when I was a little girl, I used to go to corn fields full of cobs to play with my amic\u0259 during the long summer days. Thinking back on it now, I think \u0259 peasants\u0259 who surely were not enthusiastic\u0259 about it. In short, corn cobs awaken so many good memories in me, even if I did get a few cuts caused by the very sharp corn leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cob season then comes towards the end of summer, so August-September. So if you want to eat them fresh, this the pre-autumn period. Of course, you can also find canned corn throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to bake these baked cobs?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are so many ways to cook and consume baked corn on the cob. The method I used is baking with a marinade. I also decided to cut the cobs into quarters because I find it much easier to eat them that way. Since raw, fresh cobs are very tough, it is important that you use a very sharp knife during this step, being careful not to cut yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cobs must then be marinated and baked in the oven.
