In this completely reinvented recipe, the tarte flamb\u00e9e is not only sweet, it is also vegan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an incredibly simple dessert to make, and only a few simple ingredients are needed to prepare it. The sweetness of persimmons combined with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newroots.ch\/product\/la-fraiche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Roots' vegan cr\u00eame fra\u00eeche (LaFra\u00eeche)<\/a> will make this tarte flamb\u00e9e a great snack, dessert and why not even breakfast! Cut the persimmon and add cinnamon powder to it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the persimmon in half and cut fine slices in the shape of a crescent moon. Then put all the persimmon slices in a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon powder and mix well. Compose your tarte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the LaFra\u00eeche with some agave syrup. Open your tarte flamb\u00e9e pastry and spread the LaFra\u00eeche on top, leaving 1cm of free edges. Arrange your persimmon slices as you see fit. I placed them in a circular fashion to make them resemble a flower. Bake and then decorate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake your cake at 190\u00b0C for 20-25 minutes or until the edges of your vegan persimmon tarte flamb\u00e9e are golden brown.
